If paying by check or postal order
You will need to send a e-mail to ordersatdesignercabochons.co.uk (please insert the right @ symbol when sending an e-mail I have listed my e-mail like this to avoid spam mail please note e-mail address is for my sister web-site.)
Please include the codes and prices of the items you wish to purchase in the e-mail. When you have done this I will contact you back with payment details and your items will be reserved, if a cheque is not received within 7 days the items will be unreserved. If you would prefer to be contacted by phone please include your telephone number.
Items will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment via PayPal, or upon cleared funds if paying by cheque (please allow 5-7 working days).
Postage Costs & Insurance
UK: £2.99 per order includes insurance and registered signed for delivery.All items are gift wrapped and boxed.
INTERNATIONAL - Please use the international delivery page to add the additional £2.00 shipping costs to your order.

Please email me within 2 days of receipt, if you are unhappy with your purchase and I will arrange a refund. I will not however refund worn or damaged throgh worn items, so if you have a problem you must contact me immediatley when the item is recieved.The original postage charge is non-refundable and the buyer must bear the return postage cost. The item must be returned unused in its original un worn condition, packaged securely and sent via insured registered post; otherwise it will not be accepted.
Photographic Accuracy
While every effort has been made to present the Jewellery as close to the original as possible, (I photograph in daylight with studio lights and do not adjust the Colours). Colour accuracy of images cannot be guaranteed due to variations in system set-up and monitors. If you e-mail me I can send you a higher Resolution picture as I have to shrink the image for the website to load easily.
